Comfort and Convenience

The 2018 Volvo S90 features leather seating throughout and Comfort Seats that keep you supported, no matter how long the commute. It also comes equipped with 10-way power front seats with power lumbar support, Driver Seat Memory, a leather steering wheel, Dark Flame Birch Wood Inlays, Aluminum Sill Plates, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and two-zone Climate Control with Clean Zone Air Quality System.

T6 and T8 Plug-In Hybrid trims add standard heated front seats (optional on the T5), and the hybrid model also includes a crystal gear shift knob by Orrefors, Four-Zone Climate Control, and Cooled Glovebox.

The Volvo S90 is standard equipped with the IntelliSafe system. Performance and Fuel Economy

The S90 T5 FWD and AWD both feature a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that makes 250 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. The T6 AWD has a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder super- and turbocharged engine that produces 316 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.

The Volvo S90 T8 eAWD Plug-In Hybrid combines the engine of the T6 with an electric motor to produce a net 400 horsepower and 472 lb-ft of torque. All models have an 8-speed automatic Geartronic transmission.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, the T5 FWD and AWD get 27 MPG combined, while the T6 AWD model gets 25 MPG combined. The agency also reports that the S90 T8 gets 71 MPGe, which saves drivers about $1,000 in fuel costs over five years, when compared to the average new car.
